Flowers & Fruits

Following last month’s theme of Seeds, Plants & Flowers, in this month children will learn about Flowers and Fruits - the different types of flowers - one that fruits and one that doesn’t, do a science experiment on the anatomy of a flower, learn about edible vs non edible flowers as well as study the shape, colours and taste of the different types of fruits.  Children will also learn about pollinators - the types of insects or animals that help the process of pollination.

Objective of this program are as follow:

1. Encourage children to engage, explore, experiment, analyse and experience 
2. Encourage children the ability to build and develop their critical thinking skills, where they would need to learn to make decisions and problem solve.
3. Encourage children to build their understanding on the different types of flowers and fruits.
