Forest Architects

In this exciting theme, children will step into the role of forest architects as they uncover the incredible engineering skills found in nature. From birds weaving intricate nests to termites constructing towering mounds, the forest is full of builders — and each structure has a purpose and story to tell.

Through immersive, hands-on exploration, young Rangers will:
🦧Learn about endangered species - discover why some of animal species are at risk of extinction and how simple human actions can help protect and preserve wildlife.
🏡 Investigate Forest Structures - Observe and discover the many types of shelters, nests, burrows, and formations created by animals and even plants.
🪵 Learn About Natural Building Materials - Explore what materials animals use — twigs, mud, leaves, resin, and more — and understand why each material is perfectly suited for the animal’s needs.
🌿 Forest Building Challenge - Put their creativity to the test by building a mini-shelter for a toy animal, using only natural materials found on the forest floor. This challenge inspires problem-solving, teamwork, and appreciation for nature’s ingenious designs.

The objectives of this program are as follows:
1. Understand Endangered Species – Children will explore the animals at the park, learning why they are endangered and how environmental changes impact their survival.

2. Discover Animal Shelter and Survival Skills – Children will learn how different animals build shelters, protect themselves from climate change and natural disasters, and adapt through behaviors like migration.

3. Develop Wildlife Awareness and Responsibility – Through hands-on exploration and guided activities, children will understand how human actions affect wildlife and discover simple ways they can help protect and preserve endangered animals.

Forest Architect encourages children to see the forest as a world of natural innovation, sparking curiosity and respect for the wildlife that calls it home.

Register now and let your child discover how nature’s greatest builders create, adapt, and thrive! 🌳✨
